► Monitor daily procurement operation.
• Monitor daily procurement operation to ensure that consistently highest level of customer excellence.
• Supervise staff implementing SOPs’ Department, ISO requirements.
• Manage capacity strictly following SOP, KPI and Department’s guidelines.
• Manage consolidation for export cargoes.
• Solve all arising matters related to customers and staff.
• Respond promptly to queries from clients (both internal and external) which are out of staff ability while striving to meet established quality guidelines.
• Negotiate the best rate, capacity, and schedule to minimize cost, increase Air Profit, VOL, to match the budget.
• Input all related data to Daily plan app, Booking confirmation, UFS, ...correctly and timely.
• Monitor emails, reply to messages, and act on information relayed where necessary within 24 hours of the initial inquiry being received.
► Build up relationships with Airlines, Suppliers
• Build up, develop and maintain strong relationships with Airlines and Suppliers.
• Schedule meetings with Airlines to strengthen the relationship & get market update.
► Staff Management
• Arrange suitable working shifts for staff based on actual working condition.
• Ensure that daily jobs are handled and controlled properly.
• Monitor overtime registration for staff in the division.
• Maintain a consistently high level of communication with all relevant parties.
• Ensure all divisions’ activities are always operating smoothly.
► Data & system control
• Weekly check data in UFS to ensure accurate and timely data input to avoid mistakes and propose countermeasures.
• Consult with Direct Superiors about risk management efficiency.
► Reports
• Report to the Superiors, Sales… the market situation, consolidation, shortfall during working with airlines, suppliers so the company may make the appropriate strategy in timely manner.
• Make the report to SEOHQ/ FSG/ APH/GM/… (Charter P&L, Consolidation efficiency…)
► Education and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Tertiary qualifications with at least 3 years of relevant work experience or knowledge of forwarding, logistics industry processes, procedures, and practices.
• Experience in flight booking and procurement.
• Knowledge of KWE’s products and services is preferred.
► Required Skills/Abilities:
• Good at MS office (Word, Excel, power point….)
• Upper-Intermediate English skill (4 skills), additional language should be an advantage.
• Being able to work under high pressure, Stress tolerance.

► Working Conditions and Benefits:
• Working Place: TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
• Working time: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:35 PM
• Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
• Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
