Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee import/export shipments and ensure smooth customer service and documentation processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to generate additional business opportunities.
• Liaise with carriers (sea/air), consolidators, and overseas agents to provide comprehensive services.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve mutual goals.
• Negotiate and communicate effectively to ensure quality service.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for both customer acquisition and service expansion.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the upper management.
• Strong customer service skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Solid analytical, critical thinking, and logical reasoning skills.
• Sales acumen and proven ability to generate and manage business leads.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain teamwork spirit, and manage priorities effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent command of English (oral and written).
• Experience working with Korean(or foreign) companies is a strong advantage.
Educational Background:
• University graduate with a major in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or Economics.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a freight forwarding company (experience with a Korean company preferred).
• Proven track record of managing customers relationships with business development responsibilities.

• Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00AM - 12PM (2 Saturdays per month)
