KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure all processes and standards are adhered to during the manufacturing process in line with customer specifications whilst establishing processes, providing and managing resources, training and motivating employees with a strategic perspective to achieve business objectives.

1. Implement a robust system for incoming raw materials, including detailed specifications, supplier audits, and regular testing to ensure they meet both customer and internal standards

2. Carry out regular audits using Inline and AQL inspections and conduct pre-production meetings and pilot runs to align teams with quality expectations

3. Implement and optimize process enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce quality deviations

4. Conduct and manage internal compliance audits to ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and industry standards

5. Ensure timely submission and approval while maintaining accurate master shade records. Collaborate with internal departments for accurate color matching and on-time delivery

6. Conduct regular audits and analysis of color performance and address any inconsistencies promptly and maintain strong customer relationships through visits and regular meetings

7. Oversee the laboratory to ensure accurate physical and chemical testing. Manage accreditation processes and refine testing methodologies to maintain high standards

8. Define, measure, and report key performance indicators. Prepare timely reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce defects

9. Maintain strong relationship with all internal / external stakeholders and suppliers by addressing quality concerns and resolving issues promptly

10. Foster a positive environment through effective communication and motivating the team to enhance productivity

▪ Bachelor's degree in Textile or Clothing Technology or related field

▪ 5 - 8 years of experience in similar capacity in EPE manufacturing industry

▪ Proven leadership and team management abilities

▪ Strong presentation skills and attention to detail

▪ Excellent command of spoken and written English, Vietnamese and the ability to converse well in Chinese

▪ Previous hands-on experience in an ERP environment (SAP system)
