• Developing and executing business strategies to achieve revenue growth targets from new customers in expanded provincial markets.

• Forecasting revenue, allocating targets and budgets to teams, ensuring efficiency and feasibility.

• Monitoring and evaluating budget utilization, making timely adjustments to optimize outcomes.

• Implementing campaigns and projects according to established plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Analyzing market trends and competitors to propose timely and effective business strategies.

• Understanding the needs and challenges of key customer segments, building long-term partnership strategies to foster sustainable relationships with stakeholders.

• Assigning and rotating personnel appropriately for each project to ensure progress and efficiency.

• Ensuring project feasibility and driving growth in Gross Service Value (GSV) for the company.

• Recruit, train, and coach team members to build a high-performing business development team.


Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, project management, partnership, or B2B sales, preferably in logistics or e-commerce industries.

• Strong skills in market analysis, planning, and budget management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with clients and partners.

• Strategic thinking, creativity, and effective team management skills.

• Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, Google Suite) and CRM software.

• Preference for candidates with experience working in provincial areas and flexibility for travel.
