• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, project management, partnership, or B2B sales, preferably in logistics or e-commerce industries.
• Strong skills in market analysis, planning, and budget management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with clients and partners.
• Strategic thinking, creativity, and effective team management skills.
• Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, Google Suite) and CRM software.
