MAIN DUTIES:
• Generating compelling consumer insight to develop winning strategies for brands vs. competition
• Development of marketing plans in the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process by identifying the key issues/opportunities and developing action plans for the brand in line with business objectives.
• Managing innovation & renovation based on consumer insights which includes identifying opportunities, product conceptualizing, prepare and implement launch and post evaluation
• Creating engaging brand experience through strong Big Ideas at relevant consumer touch points
• Delighting consumers with products experience on taste (60/40+ win)
• Reviewing the actual numbers vs. sales forecast and recommending action plans to close gaps in Monthly Business Planning meetings (MSR, MGR, MFR)
• Monitoring & analyzing category/brand performance including competitive benchmarking
• Proposing optimal PFME budgets for brand based on ICP. Ensure all PFME investments are properly reviewed and evaluated
• Ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies
• Supervising and developing of human resources within team (if any)
• Graduate with 5-year experience in Consumer marketing and/or communication/CCSD with strong marketing functional skills
• Proven record of success in building brands
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and result focus
