1、 Channel development and management:

1. Responsible for the development of installers and channel agents in the Vietnamese market, establishing and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships;

2. Assist the regional manager in formulating and implementing channel expansion strategies for the local market, ensuring the achievement of sales targets;

3. Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their product awareness and sales capabilities;

2、 Market expansion and business promotion:

1. Assist the channel business manager stationed in Vietnam to promote market development and business implementation;

2. Participate in market research, collect industry trends and competitor information, and provide support for business decisions;

3. Participate in company organized exhibitions, conferences, and marketing activities to increase brand awareness and market share;

3、 Sales support and coordination:

1. Coordinate internal resources of the company to ensure smooth order execution, technical support, and after-sales service for channel partners;

2. Assist Vietnamese clients in completing procurement, contract negotiations, and payment processes;

4、 Language support and communication:

1. Provide Vietnamese translation support to the team when necessary to ensure efficient cross-cultural communication;

2. Participate in communication and cooperation with local partners, government agencies, and industry associations;



Yêu cầu công việc

1、 Language proficiency:

1. Proficient in Chinese or English (with fluent communication skills in at least one language);

2、 Work experience:

1. 2-5 years of experience in the new energy industry or business development, with priority given to those with experience in the photovoltaic, energy storage, or power industries;

2. Experience in channel management, installer expansion, B2B sales, or market development is preferred;

3、 Professional competence:

1. Strong business negotiation and market expansion skills;

2. Has good data analysis skills and can provide market analysis and business reports;

3. Capable of teamwork and efficient communication with multinational teams;

4、 Other requirements:

1. Familiar with the local market and related industry policies in Vietnam;

2. Adapt to certain business travel needs;
