-Develop and responsible for the accounting system, day-to-day finance and account operation from production at the mill to aggregation.

-Lead the team to handle fixed asset, costing and inventory management.

-Ensuring accurate and complete recording of all accounting entries and timely submission of all statutory reports complied with governmental regulations and VAS.

-Monitor payment, cash flow and cash on hand in compliance with company policy, accounting and tax law.

-Liaise with auditors, consultants and tax authorities for all tax and accounting matters.

-Organize and ensure adequate preservation and storage of all accounting documents.

- Implement internal control on all operation processes.

-Co-ordinate with factory team to provide financial insights and drive business objectives.

- Other tasks assigned by management

-Bachelor degree or equivalent, Chief accountant certificate compulsory. On the progress of obtaining or holder of ACCA, CPA is a plus.

-In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax in Vietnam.

-At least 5 year experience in managerial positions in factory or foreign-owned companies.

-Experience in corporate set up is a plus

-Good English communication, MS office and ERP software.

-Good analytical skills and organizational skills

- Willing to travel
