* What You Will Do
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including company website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Optimize and improve the user experience of the company website, ensuring effective content, enhanced design, and improved conversion rates.
• Manage online activities focused on traffic acquisition, driving both organic and paid engagement to increase visibility and audience reach.
• Establish and maintain the company’s presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram,... and others, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and engagement with followers.
• Create and manage high-quality content to promote the company’s products, services, and brand messages on the website and social media channels.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns, using data to track success and identify areas for improvement, and report key performance metrics.
• Engage with the community on social media and other digital platforms, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries, comments, and feedback to maintain positive relationships with followers.
• Develop and implement customer engagement strategies on social media, including proactively responding to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (such as agencies or influencers) to launch and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Plan, organize, and manage the monthly content calendar for social media and other marketing activities, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
• Assist in brainstorming and generating marketing ideas and conduct market research to help refine strategies and tactics.
• Monitor and manage operations across e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience, managing product listings, processing orders, and coordinating with relevant teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Support online sales strategies, including nurturing existing customer relationships and driving new customer acquisition across e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Manager to contribute to the company's goals and initiatives.
• Educational background: A Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar digital marketing role. Experience in F& B is an advantage.
• Language proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with marketing tools: Experience using social media management platforms, content management systems (CMS), and e-commerce platforms.
• Analytical skills: Ability to track and analyze the performance of campaigns, using insights to optimize and refine strategies.
• Creative mindset: Strong creativity and the ability to develop fresh, engaging content that resonates with target audiences across platforms.
• Multitasking ability: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration and autonomy: Strong team player with the ability to work independently, taking initiative and ownership of projects.
