• Ensure and actively support the smooth running of the Company. Ensure that company systems and procedures are running smoothly and work on their improvement.

• Translation and Reporting to Director of Company.

• Responsible for administrative work in the markets of Vietnam.

• Must be able to work well under stressful situations and handle challenges in a professional manner.

• Preparing databases of potential customers of the Company.

• Evaluating detailed conditions of cooperation and supervising the course of cooperation of local customers and the Company.

• Preparing and coordinating the implementation of contracts signed by and between local customers and the Company.

• Preparing reports on performed activities and as requested by the Director of the Company.

• Regular reporting in writing of employee’s activities, customer and general market situation as well as on other topics as requested by the Director of the Company.

• Cooperating with other employees of the Company, in particular from R&D, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Finance & Accounting and Customer Service Departments.

• Participating and cooperating in the field of trainings, fairs and congresses organised by the Company or external entities.

• Responsibility for documents such as Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading, Certificates, requested customer documents, Samples.

• Solve daily problems and seeking alternatives, keep the team informed / updated with daily requirements from the Clients.

• Strict adherence to “line of command”, i.e. following instructions of and reporting to the Director of the Company.


Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree related field of study

• Expierience in admin & customer service

• Knowledge of food ingredients and food law

• Good presentation and communication skills, ability to interact with Sales and customers via phone, email and face-to-face.

• Able to understand and build effective internal and external relationships

• Strong organization and project management background. programs (Excel, Power Point and Word)

• Good computer knowledge Microsoft

• Good knowledge of English languages absolutely necessary, other foreign languages would be an advantage
