Key Duties:
• Schedule and follow up on client appointments.
• Accurately record and manage clients’ medical records.
• Handle emergencies and coordinate with relevant departments for timely solutions.
• Communicate current promotions and services to clients.
• Address inquiries, receive and resolve client complaints.
• Assist doctors during client consultations.
• Analyze client needs and propose ideas to improve service quality and support business development.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Reporting and Monitoring:
• Record daily tasks and report directly to the team leader.
• Prepare the appointment list and treatment plan for the next working day.
• Review and update client information in the management system.
• Manage client check-in and check-out procedures at the clinic.
• College degree or higher.
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
• Strong problem-solving and emergency response skills.
• Team-oriented with good self-organization skills.
• Willingness to work under pressure and overtime when necessary.

• Base salary: From 9,000,000 VND to 12,000,000 VND/month
• Lunch allowance: 700,000 VND/month
• Quarterly bonus: From 1,000,000 VND to 6,000,000 VND/quarter depending on employee performance

Working Hours
