1/ Strategic & Commercial Planning
Develop and execute annual and monthly commercial plans including:
Assortment Planning
Sales Target Setting & Forecasting
Pricing & Promotion Strategy (both price-related and non-price-related)
JBP Planning with platforms and e-distributors
2/ Platform & Channel Management
Oversee and optimize operations across major platforms: Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok Shop and others
Strategize:
Product Listings and enrichment
Platform tools and algorithms (search, ranking, ads)
Traffic strategies (on-site & off-site)
Promotion budget monthly
Shop-in-Shop (SIS) presence and performance
3/ Campaign & Merchandising Management
End-to-end management of campaigns:
Campaign planning, follow up for execution and post-evaluation
Develop content marketing, merchandising fundamentals, and shopper engagement tactics
Ensure onsite visibility, align with promotional calendars/checklists, and troubleshoot bugs/system errors
4/ Data & Performance Analytics
Track and analyze KPI performance, campaign ROI, and onsite behavior
Conduct P&L tracking and monitor the value chain to improve profitability and efficiency
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with key takeaways and actionable insights
5/ Operational Management
Forecast stock, manage inventory levels and ensure product availability across platforms
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly operational performance updates
Ensure platform standards and compliance are met (pricing, logistics, policies)
Shopper Engagement & Ecosystem Growth
Lead in-house livestream strategy to support product launches, awareness, and conversion
Contribute to the growth of the company-owned e-commerce ecosystem
Cross-functional (XFN) Collaboration
Collaborate across internal teams: Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Supply Chain
Work closely with external partners (agencies, platforms, vendors) as guided by the E-Commerce Head
Own strong experience of Ecommerce in FMCG industry at the Senior Assistant Manager or Manager position.
Have sound understanding of Ecommerce platforms.
Have good interpersonal skills, analysis skills, and moderator skills.
Excellent in handling multitasks, great ability to work under high pressure.
Possess a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
