Operation
+ Assist with managing store operations on E-commerce marketplaces
+ Optimize product listings and manage pricing and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth
+ Uploading, changing & maintenance of shop (Banner, Images, Contents, Product Detail Page)
+ Contact point for all escalation, issues arising with platform and operations
+ Facilitate all campaign set-up, promotion tools and maximizing utilization of seller tools within platforms.
+ Finance: Support admin team knowledge about income/all orders/invoice issues on Lazada system if have.
+ Warehouse + 3PL: Manage delivery lead time in daily, campaign and holiday
+ Problem solving: issue as operation/warehouse/3PL/CS/...
Commercial
+ Work with KAM: Get campaign calendar, plan suitable for each campaign, push key product, plan for FOC campaign (if have).
+ Bidding/booking package like SBD, SBD, BAU if have ,
+ Negotiate exclusive deal/exclusive price on each duration KAM proposes.
Media
Work with internal to make content strategy, banner content for each campaign, including KV/SIS/LP/Ad banner/Short video.
Ads management
Onsite and off-site ad monitoring, optimization during BAU/campaign duration.
• Bachelor degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• From 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce or related field
• Good communication in English
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and other local marketplaces is a plus.
• Good communication skill, under high pressure, high sense of team responsibility
• Ability to work individually and in groups
