- Perform maintenance, replacement, and mechanical design improvements for factory equipment, including milling machines, CNC lathes, and assembly lines.

- Participate in machinery and equipment improvement initiatives to enhance operational safety and efficiency.

- Develop and implement periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability.

- Manage maintenance supplies and spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

- Age: Recommended from 25 - 35 (male only)

- Relevant experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in operating, maintaining, repairing, and improving manufacturing machinery.

- English Proficiency: Professional standard level B (Intermediate)

- Technical Skill: Proficient in using 3D design, Cad, as well as Word, Excel, Power Point

- Education: University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance

- Understanding the principles of machining lathes and milling machines as well as had experienced in maintenance, repair of mechanical parts and milling lathes.

- Best knowledge of control (devices, sensors, cylinders, ...) and of machine detail: bearing, ball screw, belts,...
