Job Purpose
- Participate in developing direction and development strategy for Risk Management (RR) of TechcomSecurities (TCBS) and of Techcomcapital (TCC) of Investment Banking Division, including credit riskmanagement , market risk, liquidity risk, in order to achieve standards consistent with TCBS's business strategyand Techcombank's regulations, as well as the legal and business environment in which TCBS operates.Ensure that human resources are maintained in terms of quality and quantity. Management makes optimal useof assigned resources to perform the function of risk management.
- Participate in the implementation and development of the risk management system in accordance with currentregulations, ensuring the completion of the assigned plan, meeting the requirements and orientation of theInvestment Banking segment.
- Actively organize and coordinate with other departments within TCBS and Techcom Capital (TCC) as well asother relevant departments in the Risk Management Division of Techcombank and other organizations in theTechcombank system to implement activities related to risk management.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Support the development of TCBS's risk management policy and orienting the business risk managementplan of all activities of TCBS and TCC under the Investment Banking Division.
2. Support in the development and implementation of operations within the scope of risk management inaccordance with the operational orientation of the Investment Banking Division.
3. Develop regulations, processes, and guidelines on professional risk management.
4. The focal point to coordinate with business units, professional units to ensure the identification of credit risksand market risks during the operation of the investment banking sector.
5. Directly/plan to develop methods to measure credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk.
Key Accountabilities (2)
6. Portfolio risk management, setting thresholds and risk limits for each period.
7. Receive and plan, assign, coordinate and implement the assigned work plan of the risk managementsegment according to the operational orientation of the Investment Banking sector. Assign divisional membersor directly coordinate with units of TCBS, TCC and Techcombank's Risk Management Division to perform thefunction of re-appraisal of investment projects; develop policies and limits on risk management.
8. Establish and maintain close relationships with State management agencies: State Bank, Ministry of Finance,State Securities Commission, Stock Exchanges.
9. Ensure risk management activities comply with internal policies, regulations, processes and guidelines.
10. Perform other related tasks at the request of the leader.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Possess a Master's degree or higher majoring in economics, banking and finance, risk management;
- Preferably have international qualifications and professional certificates in financial analysis, investment, riskmanagement.
- Professional experience: Preferably have worked for at least 7 years in the fields related to banking, riskmanagement, finance, securities;
- Business English standard proficiency as required for the role.
