In this role, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and improving sales efficiency, optimizing pricing and policies, managing budgets, and driving revenue growth across spare parts and accessories. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the strategic direction of the company's sales activities and distribution models across domestic and international markets.
- Review sales and aftersales policies (e.g., MSRP, discount structures) to ensure profitability.
- Evaluate distribution channels and sales performance; propose improvements.
- Optimize spare parts/accessories sales and cost efficiency.
- Lead financial reviews of new initiatives and business models.
- Develop and manage budgets; track performance vs. forecast and control costs.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analyses and strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Budget Planning, Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, or Business Performance roles.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and budget management skills.
- Experience in evaluating pricing structures, channel profitability, and market models.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
