1. Main Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests – Guide and assist visitors in contacting the appropriate person/department.
• Receive the phone calls – Transfer calls to the relevant departments.
• Manage letter, parcels, publications, and promotional materials – Receive and deliver them to the correct person.
• Monitor and manage the storage.
• Track the number of visitors entering and exiting the company.
• Manage meeting rooms and office equipment.
• Assist with ordering office drinking water.
• Support other administrative tasks.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken Chinese, basic English communication skills.
• Friendly, polite in communication.
• Beautiful appearance, proactive, honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
