A. Job Purpose:
The Global Sales Senior is responsible for developing and executing international sales strategies to expand the company’s global footprint, drive revenue growth, and build long-term partnerships across key international markets.
B. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement global sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify and prioritize target regions or countries.
2. Market Development:
• Identify and acquire new international clients and partners.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in global markets.
3. Team & Performance Management:
• Lead and manage international sales teams or distribution partners.
• Ensure achievement of revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
4. Operations & Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, Legal, Product, etc.) to support international business activities.
• Oversee contract negotiations, order fulfillment, and international payment collection.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global clients.
• Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction across regions.
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in e-commerce and sales on international platforms.
• Fluent in English (additional languages such as French, or the third language are a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to plan strategically, analyze markets, and manage KPIs.
• Knowledge of international trade, logistics, compliance, and cross-border sales processes.
