Our Vietnam office is growing fast — we’ve doubled our team size since last year! As part of a dynamic digital marketing agency working across Asia, we’re now ready to expand our creative team.

We’re looking for our first Graphic Designer in Vietnam! Although you’ll be the first in the local office, you won’t be alone — you’ll have the chance to collaborate with Graphic Designers from other regions across Asia. This is a great opportunity to work on regional projects, not just Vietnamese clients, and grow together with an international creative team.

The candidate is required to provide enhanced graphic design skills that meet the needs and ideas of clients to ensure the efficient operation of all tasks.

Here's a breakdown of general job responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating designs in various platforms, such as social media content, advertising content, content mockup, pitch deck design, and external marketing materials.

• Ensure proper documentation of all artwork files with working files are being archived.

• Bring the creative thinking towards ideation sessions to contribute creative solutions to meet client objectives, whether it's a full-scale marketing campaign or a specific initiative.

• Work closely with content management teams, including social media manager, digital strategist, and copywriter to develop campaign concepts for pitch deck enhancement.

• Participate in client meetings or presentations to understand briefs, clarify requirements, and present creative solutions.

• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

• 2-3 years of experience in advertising, media or publishing industry, either agency or inhouse.

• Familiar with Adobe Creative software well (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, etc.)

• Motion graphic design skills are a big plus

• Understand social media platforms and latest trends

• Good English communication (writing and speaking)

• Strong skills in design, ideas (concept), layout, and communication

• Can work alone or with a team

• Open to feedback and willing to improve

• Work in an organized way and can meet deadlines
