***Summary:
• Manage daily PM operation tasks (Demand planning/Budget control)
***Responsibilities:
Demand planning:
• Company & Channel PSI management: includes Sell-in, Sell-out, Channel inventory by model level.
• Supply plan management: Strictly follow up supply plan, starting from inputting PR in system, communicate with factory to follow production plan, shipping plan (including warehouse balancing), co-operate with logistic team for receiving plan, customs clearance and warehouse-in. Propose warehouse transfer if necessary.
• Aging stock management: Monthly follow-up over 90 days aging inventory. Report to managers to make proper clearance plan.
Product information:
• Work with factory to gather new product information and update any changes of product spec (including packaging) in its life cycle.
• Window person with factory to support SEG/SVC/Logistic team in product/part issue solving.
System inputting:
• Consolidate trade-discount policy and upload accrual data to system.
• Cooperate with Sales & Sales-admin team in cross-checking trade discount payment to customers.
Budget management:
• Manage & control promotion budget.
Other:
• Monthly report about supply & sales allocation plan.
• Other ad-hoc reports upon request.
Technical skills, experience
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Product Management/Product Marketing/Demand planning/ Sales admin position
• Experience in CE (Consumer Electronics) industry is a plus.
Degree and Computer Skills & Language
• Bachelor’s degree or more of Business Management/Marketing/Finance/Logistic
• Expertly proficient in Excel
• Fluent in English
