- Be able to followinternational and VF standard to define development validation plans and testrequirements for electronic components (EMC, Electrical, Environmental andDurability). - Tracking of test statusduring development phase, supporting development of supplier test plans anddetailed test procedures. - Review/Approval ofcomponent Test result and Evaluation of test deviations, create riskassessments and escalate to senior management. - Support vehicle leveltesting, root cause investigations and risk assessments (Vehicle EMC test,homologation test) - Development of componentand vehicle test standards, test procedures and templates. - ​Optimization of validation plans to reducedevelopment timing and cost.

- Bachelor or MasterDegree in Electronics or Electrical engineering, or equivalent engineeringdegree. - Open for junior and senior engineers​ - Familiar with design of electronic components; PCB design, Mechanical, functionoperation of Electronics Control unit in vehicle. - Experience inDFMEA process, past lesson learnt in EE component integration  - Familiar withdesign of electronic components; PCB design, Mechanical, function operation ofElectronics Control unit in vehicle.  - Experience aboutanalysis system requirement of component and build test case forcomponent.  - Experience in Automotiveprotocol like CAN/LIN Ethernet. - Good English communication skills
