• Ensure the compliance in all aspects of Vietnam Health, Safety and Environment regulation.

• Ensure the compliance to all Global, Zone, BU, Plant requirements in Health, Safety & Environment Management.

• Develop and maintain a healthy BU & Plant Health, Safety & Environment program without any noncompliance.

• Lead the Safety and Environment Pillars at BU & Plant level and support all the departments to achieve budgets and internal challenges.

• Lead HSS team (together with Plant team) to achieve HSE & Security KPI performance. Ensure reporting & compliance of HSE dashboard (Incidents, hazards report, unsafe behaviors, Coproduct, ENC, Chemicals, BTS and sustainable toolkit...).

• Lead Contractor in HSE field including safety plan, risk assessment, work permit, compliance, and other aspects.

• Provide technical support in risk assessment to mitigate potential incidents, injuries and harm to the human and environment. Manage and monitor Emergency cases and procedure.

• Promote Safety and environment events like World Safety Day, World Water Day, World Environment Day at BU & Plant level based as Zone/BU guidelines.

• Leading in executing all HSS Capex projects at BU & Plant level.

Education

• University degree (Major in Safety Environment, Foods or related)

Industry and Management Experiences

• 5 - 8 years of experience in EHS function, with more than 2 years in managerial role within Manufacturing environment (Beverage-related experience is a plus)

• Comprehend in setting up and implementing requirement of HSE system

• Master the related knowledge of HSE and Legal requirements in HSE
