General Affair and Secretary:
• Receiving letter in and telephone and transfer to related department
• Arrange and control commuting bus, catering service, mail express, stationery, office supply and other office service.
• Procure normal goods as furniture, necessary equipment, ect… to ensure office’s operation
• Support GD as secretary to book meeting calendar, airfare and accommodation for business trip.
Human Resource:
• Build up internal rules, procedures in HR management under assignment of HRM as recruitment & training procedures, C&B policy, performance management rule, etc…
• Labor management: follow up and process recruitment, labor contract controlling and processing, assessment for renewal contract.
• Build up and process training plan, record and follow up training progress and update employees’ training result.
• Implement working time record and calculate salary monthly, including to declare social insurance and PIT withheld.
• Implement procedure to apply work permit and temporary residence card for foreigner
• Other assignments subject to CO-DIC’s requirements
• Graduated University in major HR, labor relationship, economy or finance…
• From 3 year experience in HR field of FDI company
• Candidate who have worked for FDI company from start-up period is prior
• Understanding deeply about labor law, social insurance law, PIT law and procedures relating to foreign labor; other related legal document in HR field.
• Good communication in English
• Local candidate is preferred
