Main Responsibilities
- Build HR data/models/reports, such as Recruitment, Headcount, Salary, Budget, etc.
- Develop reports/dashboards using BI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., to support data management/ analysis.
- Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports and analyses. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with reports.
- Regularly check, update, and supplement data for report analysis, ensuring data accuracy.
- Utilize data visualization programs, tools, and techniques to create dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Analyze data to extract insights and forecast upcoming trends.
- Efficiently execute and compile reports as required.
1. Data Collection, Processing, and Analysis:
- Conduct research, design, develop, and administer the Company's databases.
- Collect and process data from various sources related to reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Interact with relevant teams to clarify data analysis requirements, organize data for report and dashboard development, and provide appropriate analytical data.
- Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards to monitor work progress.
- Verify data and ensure the quality of data used for analysis.
- Create interactive and visually appealing reports and data visualizations using Power BI tools
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Design and maintain the company's reporting systems (HR Reports, - - Recruitment Reports, Budget Cost Reports, Headcount/Turnover/KPI Reports, etc.)
- Visualize data using Power BI, and analyze and present it in PowerPoint
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making
- Propose solutions and improvements based on analytical reports to maximize the company's operational efficiency.
3. Strategy proposal and effectiveness evaluation:
- Provide strategic information and data analysis to support the Company in making effective work method decisions
- Propose strategies and actions based on insights gathered from data
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR management strategies and specific features through data analysis and provide improvement recommendations
4. Other:
- Perform tasks to collect forms/processes for the development of Human Resources software
- Support the development of the Company's Human Resources software
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
A. General Requirements
- Gender: Male/Female
- Age: 25–40
- Education: University degree
- Major: Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Information Technology, or other related technical fields
- Experience: At least 2 years in a data analyst or equivalent position
- English proficiency: Good
- Computer skills: Proficient in Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Other requirements: Good translation skills, proficient in using Excel, ability to read and understand HR reports
- Preferred: Candidates with experience in BI for HR are a plus
B. Skill Requirements
- Experience in BI for HR is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of database management systems such as Power BI or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present information clearly in reports and presentations
- Ability to plan, organize work, be creative and proactive
