Administration tasks:
- Working on factory Employee Relations activity plan
- Arrange facilities/organize special events/celebration for factory
- Plan and arrange stationary/employee cards, uniform, safety shoes, locker, ...
Training:
- Collect training requests/training nominations include training courses for contractors then work with training team to ensure training courses delivered on time.
- Support training facilities for contractor or third parties.
Outsourcing Labour Management
- Manage outsourcing labour’s KPI and compliance
- Review weekly/ monthly payment‘s information"
Compliance:
- Advise/reinforce CARE rules to both project team and third parties/contractors
- Ensure compliance with Nestle policies and labor regulations
Other tasks assigned:
Support other members, HRE and HRM.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field. Additional HR training will be a plus
- English ability: Good (speaking, writing, reading)
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Experience related to position: 1-3 year in similar position
