About this role
The role stations in Regent Garment Factory – are located in Hai Duong province - under the Crystal International Group from Hong Kong, one of the world's leading manufacturers and distributors of apparel products.
This role will be the persons who in charge of C&B for factory, details as bellow:
C&B:
- Develop, implement, and oversee HRD policies;
- Ensure legal compliance with government regulations and prepare required reports;
- Manage employee discipline and conflict resolution;
- Handle labour relations and the grievance management scheme;
- Oversee resignation and retention processes;
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper HR practices and audits.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law or related majors;
- Candidates with prior experience in the garment industry are strongly preferred;
- English: 4 skills;
- Computer skill: Microsoft Office;
- Agile, proactive, and creative in problem-solving;
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
