Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for full spectrum of compensation and benefit administration, staffing and employees’ relations matters for Corporate staff in Vietnam
• People resourcing – recruitment and selection, talent management, employment law compliance
• Reward management
• Employee relations
Qualifications and Requirements
• Education: Degree in Business Administration or HR Management Degree or certification requirements
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’relevant work experience
• Skills:
o Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other HRM related regulations
o Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
o Mature, self-motivated, proactive and innovative
o Detail-minded and good at numbers
• Excellent command in spoken and written English (Or Chinese)
• Good PC literacy in Excel, MS Words, and PowerPoint
This position plays a critical role in supporting the daily operation of Corporate HR in Vietnam.
