- Developing Company Ethics Culture and Internal Auditor Tasks:
+ Analyze business and data to identify pain points.
+ Create and manage the internal audit plan.
+ Conduct process audits to improve business operations.
+ Investigate whistleblower reports (e.g., corruption, fraud).
+ Monitor activities to ensure a transparent environment for employees, vendors, and customers.

- At least 2 years working experience on Manufacturing company (as Production, Engineering, Quality, Accounting, Construction, Logistics...)
- Strong, straightforward personality.
- Strong understanding of standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Good in management, influencing, interpersonal, analysis, problem solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work effectively with leaders and all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
