JOB PURPOSE

- Collaborate with the supervisor and HR to develop and implement team plans aligned with company strategy.

- Support company-wide L&D initiatives.

- Provide consultation, promote learning programs, monitor progress, and handle L&D administrative tasks.


KEY RESONSIBILITIES

Learning & Development:

- Support training programs, talent development, leadership development, and IDPs.

Planning:

- Build training plans and budgets.

- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA).

- Assist in designing talent development initiatives and IDPs.

Execution:

- Organize and facilitate trainings, workshops, and e-learning.

- Partner with departments to align learning with business goals.

- Support succession planning and mentoring programs.

- Follow up on IDP implementation.

Monitoring & Evaluation:

- Measure the impact of L&D programs.

- Track progress of leadership and talent development activities.

Innovation:

- Apply new learning tools and platforms.

- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and self-development.

Other:

- Perform tasks assigned by HR Manager or supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, English, or related fields.

- Experience: Around 3 years in L&D or a similar role.

- Languages: Fluent English (IELTS ≥ 7.0 or equivalent).

Skills:

- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, social media.

- Ability to analyze learning needs and support training design.
