ABOUT THE POSITION
HR Department at VinUniversity is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Learning & Development Specialist who is passionate about HR career in a fast-changing international higher education environment.
The Learning & Development Specialist will report to Human Resources Manager, and will work as a business partner for learning, career development, culture development, internal communication and employee engagement related matters …. You will work closely with our leaders, to support them in various initiatives, as well as develop and implement learning, development and employee engagement whilst ensuring, the effective delivery of an excellent, customer-focused HR service to the Colleges/Departments.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Communicate and implement a range of learning and development initiatives such as orientation training, leaders learning program, mentoring and coaching program, operational excellence program… and enhance an organizational learning culture at VinUni.
• Implement goal settings and performance management.
• Implement internal communications program including but not limited to: University wide events, newsletters, communication sessions for all faculty and staff.
• Identify where new or updated policies and processes are required to align and implement accordingly.
• Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
• Implement employee experience program, measure the engagement index and propose solutions.
• Other projects, reports and administration tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Graduated from a prestige university in HRM, Psychology, Business or related field.
• 02 years of HR experience or equivalent in a sophisticated diverse environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English. The minimum requirement is IELTS (Academic) with a score of at least 7.5 (or equivalent) (As English is the language of teaching and communication at VinUniversity).
• Critical competencies needed: Cultural sensitivity, Communication, Critical thinking, Achievement oriented, Adaptability, Data analysis, Digital literacy, Discipline and Resilience.
