Legal and compliance:
- Conduct legal research and provide legal and compliance advice to internal departments;
- Acting as the company’s Anti-money laundering officer (AML officer), responsible for:
+ Verify customer and employee identification information;
+ Regularly update the AML blacklist;
+ Prepare the annual AML risk assessment report.
- Monitor new relevant laws and regulations, report key changes to the Company’s management, and circulate updates to all staff.
Litigation and enforcement:
- Compile and submit lawsuit dossiers and supporting documents to the competent court.
- Monitor litigation procedures and representative the Company in court proceedings.
- Prepare and submit applications for judgment enforcement.
- Follow up on enforcement procedures.
- Coordinate procedures related to the disposal of secured and leased assets.
Non-Performance Loans:
- Review and receive original documents related to non-performing loan projects.
- Follow up on and resolve issues arising from assigned projects to ensure timely and effective debt recovery.
- This position reports directly to the Chief of the Legal and Compliance Division, or to a BOM member as required.
**There may be opportunities for future transfer to other teams, such as the Credit Team, based on business needs.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (in a lawfirm or a corporate legal department or similar setting).
- Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, banking, or other related fields.
- Solid knowledge of legal frameworks and procedures, particularly in the financial sector.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken [If available, please specify any English language certificates (e.g., TOEIC, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) and corresponding scores].
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
