- Manage daily bank chop and ensure smooth handover with finance.
- Process and track incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating with courier companies to resolve any delays.
- Inspect meeting rooms to ensure they are equipped with necessary stationery and equipment according to the checklist.
- Order and manage supplies, follow up with vendors on delivery schedules, verify received products, and distribute to end users.
- Check and arrange office materials like binding spines, book covers, paper, and whiteboard markers in utility rooms and meeting rooms.
- Monitor CCTV system, perform daily checks, complete report checklists, and upload them to SharePoint.
- Sort documents for enveloping and dispatch to clients, including VAT and debit advices from various departments.
- Support event logistics, provide logistical support for events. Support for Facilities Coordinator and handyman and address building issues.
