The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining quality standards for pharmaceutical products. Routine tasks will include conducting audits, implementing quality management systems, and collaborating with production, QC and other plant teams to address and resolve quality issues and ensure smooth quality operations. The role also involves the development and training of staff on GMP, GLP, GSP, quality assurance practices and procedures.

Minimum 6 years experience in quality assurance and quality management systems

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and having certificate of pharmacist

Good knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

Experience in staff training and development

Fluent in Vietnamese and English languages
