PURPOSE
- The jobholder is responsible to execute rewards, benefits program for employees and budget planning
- The jobholder is in charge of Function governance and lead HR projects
- The jobholder is responsible for all data analytics to the Management
- Be key contact point for all iHR projects
- Be the contact point for Expat servives (work permit, TRC, relocation support, tax services etc.)
- Other tasks as assigned
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Responsible for annual pay review and off-cycle pay review and promotion
- In charge of annual salary /benefits surveys
- Responsible for budget planning and cost analysis to the management
- Responsible for employee benefit management, including expat benefit and support the review / renew of benefit scheme (ie: medical insurance scheme, annual health check-up, care programs for staff from time to time)
- Analysis data and insights to report to the management
- Be HR systems (HrCorner / iHR / HR Chatbot) administrator and HR related projects including system
- In charge of HR Governance
- Data and insights analytics
- In cordination with venders to support expats in relocating/ repatriating during their Vietnam secondment
- Support line manager with proposing / reviewing Trade Union scheme, PIT finalization and monthly payroll (if required)
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- A degree holder
- At least 5 years relevant experience in HR’s field
- Having experience in salary surveys and job matching / job evaluation are an advantage
- Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills (both English & Vietnamese)
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Have good knowledge about Vietnam labour laws, PIT and regulations
- Have ability to handle a large number of data
- Have experiences with HR systems
- Time management
- Logical thinking and ablity to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
