• Support Management of the BD Department in building marketing strategy; Responsible for implementing marketing plans & activities; Utilize all relevant traditional and digital platforms to increase the Company’s brand & key product awareness;
• Responsible for creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with Group brand direction such as PR article, Product kits, brand videos, EDM, website, social channels, social contents;
• Conduct market research to provide market insights and propose marketing strategies to reach defined target audience through both BTL and ATL channels;
• Track effectiveness and optimize marketing campaigns and prepare performance report for Management;
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by CEO and Head of Business Development;
• Report to Head of Business Development.
Mandatory:
• Education/Training: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Economics.
• In-depth knowledge of graphic design.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• Advanced experience with digital marketing tools: Youtube/Facebook Advertising, EDM, SMS, ZMS, Mobile app
• Have a creative mindset and is able to come up with interesting ideas for projects or layout.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate information clearly.
• Strong independent working skills.
• Typically requires 3 years’ experience in marketing area.
Preferred:
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.
Essential (Technical Skills):
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office
