1. Project Planning & Design
Support the Project Manager in developing and ensuring compliance with the Project Charter.
Execute basic and detailed design per Nestlé standards, local regulations, and URS.
Ensure worker and operator safety is considered in both construction and operation phases.
2. Technical Specifications & Procurement
Prepare engineering standards, designs, schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.
Handle procurement of process equipment, piping, utilities, and develop specs for RFQs and supplier evaluation.
3. Contractor & Construction Management
Select, qualify, and coordinate contractors, ensuring Nestlé standards are applied.
Supervise installation of equipment and services piping with focus on quality, safety, and timelines.
4. Execution & Monitoring
Track project progress and performance; resolve issues to avoid delays.
Ensure engineering implementation meets timing, cost, quality, and URS.
5. Commissioning & Handover
Manage process line commissioning and successful start-up.
Support Operations and Start-Up teams for a smooth transition post-installation.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Contribute to the preparation and distribution of project documentation, including the engineering section of the final project report.
- Degree in mechanical engineering or similar majors
- English: 4 skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Auto Cad software.
- Experience managing installation of process equipment / industrial machinery
- Experience in design of process lines (pump, valve, Heat exchanger, AHU…) and services piping, process piping.
- Knowledge of Process & Instrument diagrams, Equipment Layout design, Project Management procedures
- Ability to work under time pressure is required due to challenging timing of project.
