A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Medical Scientific Affair
- Build/Update/Refresh, Deliver and responsible for scientific contents delivered for HCPs/KOLs including Detailing Aids, Product presentations, Product materials following business and brand direction and brand agenda
- Make content materials plan on quarterly basic: Round table discussions (RTD), Medical education plan (CME…), Seminar, Symposium, Workshop…
- Design and deliver valuable education course for HCPs.
- Partnering with Global MSA/RSA to get posted on Global agenda/cascading
- Working closely with Field Force (especially Medical Field force), Regulatory & Scientific affair (RSA) and Marketing team to enhance HCP’s and Field force’s scientific information, understanding and drive trusted endorsement from HCPs/KOLs.
Compliance
- Deliver Compliance Training Plan and Execute Training for multiple stakeholders.
Make sure the Medical knowledge related to Nutrition Training well planned and implemented:
• Aligned with internal and external stakeholders to make an annual training plan to make sure relevant persons (internal & external) well trained and compliant with WHO Code, Company Code & Vietnamese Regulations;
• Continuous to improve training materials;
• Propose activities to prevent violations at fields;
• Document all allegations and response to potential non-compliant instances.
- Deliver compliance’s monitoring inside out, reporting and following ups with actions in place to ensure full compliance.
• Conduct regular monitoring activities to make sure all marketing activities are compliant with Company Policy and Procedures and Vietnamese Regulations;
• Build an effective plan and monitor activities of medical, digital and trade activities;
• Report and propose viable solutions to deal with violations determined from the monitoring activities;
- Partnering with Global/Zone Compliance to get posted on Global agenda/cascading
• University background preferable in Medical doctor/Pharmacist/Bachelor of Nutrition/;
• Prior experience in FMCG is a plus
• Prior experience in Nutrition business is critical
• Having leadership and people development skills
• Good interpersonal skills, to enable smooth cross-functional interactions
• Good English skills
