As Medical Sales Manager, you will represent our Aesthetics brands for the medical channel (hospitals, clinics and doctors) in Nationwide.
- Follow and implement our medical sales strategy (product, customer retention- development and acquisition, price, promotion, sale events, assortment).
- Coordinate and support in the organization of medical events.
- Frequent field visits with the team to ensure the respect of the company and brand strategy; advice to improve customer visits (coaching)
- In charge of the future of the company by looking for new customers and investigating for market potential in provinces (frequent business trips in provinces)
Scope of Responsibilities
Management
● Supervise the medical sales team in the planning of the visits (check visit plans, report and make sure that the database is updated, follow the sales report)
● Frequent visits to customers
● Ensure that the team has a high level of knowledge of our products
● Good coaching, training, and direction to the team.
● Opening new accounts with the medical team
● Follow the sales performance of the team to reach the Target.
● Coordinate with the Medical Communication team to organize the medical event (scientific workshop, lunch, conference…)
● Support the Medical Communication team in resolving issues in the field (doctors’ requests, complaintes, etc.)
Reporting
● Provide managers with the information collected on the field about competitors, and markets.
● Report to managers about the customers visited and the activities in the fields.
● Report about the sales performances
KOL
● Meet and build a good relationship with Medical KOL
Requirement and Skills
● Education: Medicine or Pharmacy Bachelor degree. (a must)
● Candidates must have a Pharmacy degree or relevant qualifications in the pharmaceutical field, such as a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, a Pharmacist qualification, or equivalent professional certifications.
● At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
● Experience in aesthetics/pharmaceuticals/cosmetics would be preferred (not mandatory).
● Negotiation, communication, selling, team management, planning, and customer relationship.
● Flexible, hard-working, work pressure, Medical channel insight.
● English: Intermediate (a must)
