* JOB DESCRIPTION
• Handle and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Sample development: Offer and follow up.
• Support MARKETING task: modifies photos or posting, set up and manage the company’s online store, take and edit basic product photos. Plan, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns if needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to track order status and resolve issues.
• Provide quotations, manage invoices, and track payments from customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in sales, customer service, working in businesses dealing with wooden furniture products or retail consumer goods is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused.
• Proficiency in using digital apps or sales management tools is a plus.
