- Manage time-attendance and monthly payroll calculation
- Be responsible for Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance, including compliance, data, reports, and claims
- Be responsible for Personal Income Tax including Tax code, dependent, monthly report, finalization.
- Ensure that all of employee understood about the regulations / guidelines of SI, payroll calculations
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Training HR regulation for new employees
- Education: University with majors in Administration, Language, Law, Labor Management
- 3 years of experience in similar role (prefer in manufacture company)
- Knowledge of insurances and laws
- Good English communication
- Good at Excel, Word process and office software
- Organizational and Planning skill
- Skill of presentation and communication
- Knowledge of the labor law / its relevant regulations
