• Continuously work towards converting sales leads and customer / agent data into new business, retain existing customers & agents and add new customers & agents.
Managing oversea sales and related activities.
• Exploring new business opportunities through attending oversea conference & exhibition & online meeting.
• Building up and maintaining strong relationship with current and potential oversea agents/partners.
• Expanding business from both new and existing accounts.
• Building up the strong relationship with agents & partners within the network or conference that the company is the member.
• Business understanding and cross sell and up-sell.
• Understanding the requirement of clients and co-ordinating with Operation/Customer service team for business proposals.
• Leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making processes to capture new business opportunities.
• Building plans and strategies to expand the oversea market.
• Maintain billing records of existing clients and retrieve payments.
• Graduated in Economic, marketing, business and related subjects.
• Communicating well in English, able to communicate in Chinese is a big advantage.
• Good knowledge on international markets/sales.
• Sales orientation.
• Willing to work overtime, travelling both domestic and oversea.
• Proactive, extrovert, good communication skill, quickly adapt to new environment…
