Key Responsibilities:
• Develop & Execute Paid Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize ads on various platforms to meet brand goals.
• Budget Management: Allocate and oversee advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
• Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze performance, adjust strategies, and improve bidding, targeting, and creatives.
• Audience Targeting: Refine audience segmentation using demographic and behavioral data.
• Content Collaboration: Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad content.
• A/B Testing: Test and optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting for better performance.
• Performance Reporting: Track key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
• Ad Platform Expertise: Stay updated on the latest social media advertising trends.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maintain consistency across digital channels.
• 2-3 years of experience managing paid ads across platforms.
• Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, tracking pixels, and UTM parameters.
