We’re on the hunt for a sharp, product-minded designer to join us early and help shape the future of our client — a tool that empowers ecommerce merchants to grow profits through simple, effective A/B testing. You’ll take the lead in evolving our current product and reimagining the next-generation platform based on everything we've learned so far. Our Philosophy on Design - Design is about solving real user pain points — not just making things look good. - Every design choice should move the needle — whether that’s boosting conversions or cutting churn. - Our designers don’t just hand off mockups — you’ll be involved in shipping product, writing tickets, and tracking what works. What You’ll Be Doing - Take full ownership of the product design lifecycle — from gathering insights to crafting, testing, and refining the user experience. - Improve key parts of our current product with a focus on user onboarding, retention, and revenue. - Spearhead the design for our next-generation product - Work hand-in-hand with the founder and engineers to launch fast, learn quickly, and iterate often. - Use tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Microsoft Clarity to understand how users behave and which designs perform best. - Occasionally support marketing efforts with quick branding or visual tasks when needed.

What We’re Looking For - 3+ years in product design, ideally in SaaS or data-driven tools - A strong portfolio showing clear UX thinking and clean, polished UIs - Fast, efficient design process with strong attention to detail - Comfortable collaborating with engineers and using analytics to guide design - Strong English communication Nice-to-Have Experience - Background in A/B testing, analytics platforms, or ecommerce SaaS - Using AI tools to speed up or enhance your design process
