You will be responsible for developing and driving long-term brand strategy on diverse Medical Channels: hospital, clinic, doctor, pharmacies, etc. You will also lead, coordinate activities related to
the medical field to achieve annual and long-term sales, profit, marketing, and brand awareness objectives.
You will manage the Product Team to implement a range of activities to market products. This includes preparation of Marketing Campaign and Tools such as: medical and educational content, printing materials, online communication, etc. which will be implemented in medical channels.
Scope of Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
● Develop and prepare all products (new and existing) key message: ensure timely implementation of issues related to new and existing products.
● Build a strong plan to develop the awareness of the brand around dermatology and science
● Improve our relationship with medical KOL and OL to get their endorsement
● Planning, coordinating, and follow-up all medical activities and events that will be implemented during the year: symposium, congress, advisory board, KOL event, clinical studies, etc.
● Oversee monthly budget ensuring that all activities fit in financial parameters.
● Analyze information collected from various data sources / trends, to measure product’s effectiveness, and build accordingly consumers needs’ forecast
● Consulting, building marketing programs and campaign for existing products and preparing to launch new products (launching products)
● Brand and product training : Ensure product information is conveyed accurately and timely (Business team and team of doctor)
● Organize medical seminars and conferences: Ensure the company's brand identity is complete, coordinate well with the Sales Department in all stages of seminars and conferences.
● Ensure accuracy of KOL knowledge and speech : Ensure that KOLs knows the Company and recognize the presence of the company's treatment products
● Collaborate with the marketing department for the marketing campaign and event planning
* Other functions:
● Coordinate with the Sales department to survey and assess the level of information reception, satisfaction, and trust of customers for products, brands, and sales staff.
● Answer questions from customers related to products
● Collaborate with R&D department in assessing potentials and new product opportunities
● Synthesize reports, Marketing plans, seminars, conferences every week, every month
● Perform other requests as assigned by the Board of Directors, Head of Department/ Superior.
● Graduated from Pharmaceutical/ Medical University
● Candidates must have a Pharmacy degree or relevant qualifications in the pharmaceutical field, such as a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, a Pharmacist qualification, or equivalent professional certifications.
● Min 4-5 years working experience in a field of marketing in a similar position. Preference for a background in Healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
