Production management:

- Responsible for controlling and continuously improving the quality and output of the production line

- Responsible for controlling and continuously improving the work efficiency of employees, production sites, and efficient material handling

- Responsible for implementing and monitoring the 5S and discipline of the production line

Ensure operational safety and effective electrostatic protection during the production process

Product Project Management

- Responsible for guiding colleagues from various departments (product engineers, production engineers, testing engineers, quality engineers, etc.) in production operations to effectively solve problems that arise during production

- Good cooperation with relevant departments to meet customer needs and satisfaction

Subordinate management

- Develop departmental KPI values and lead the production department to achieve various production goals, such as quality level, on-time delivery rate, production efficiency, material scrap rate, and other cost control targets

- Provide effective guidance and training to subordinates

Establish a production and manufacturing management system (performance management system, on-site production management standards, goal management, etc.), and strictly supervise its implementation

Other daily affairs

- Responsible for organizing and providing accurate production data to management

- Complete other temporary work tasks assigned by superiors

- At least Junior college (Major: Electronics, Production Engineering and Management or related majors)

- More than 8 years of electronic production experience (PCBA and finished product assembly), including over 7 years of on-site production management experience

- Having a positive work attitude, being serious and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility, and possessing excellent ability to handle pressure

- Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as teamwork spirit

- Having good organizational and management skills

- Strong learning ability and flexible adaptability

- Good English foundation, strong reading and writing skills

- Have the knowledge of TS16949, SPC, ISO9000

- Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS document.

- Received training in production management, ISO9000 series quality management, and other related areas

- Ability to lead production teams in lean production.
