Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor employee performance

2. Manage and estimate the amount of materials used and consumed

3. Implement KPIs and equipment performance according to set plans

4. Supervise, request or approve corresponding human resources for production plans

5. Provide specific production directions and strategies

6. Supervise and manage subordinate staff

7. Make important decisions related to company operations

8. When unexpected problems arise, quickly grasp the situation and come up with solutions to prevent negative impacts on the company and keep the company operating stably.

9. Build good relationships with colleagues and related departments

10. Supervise subordinates, maintain and strictly implement company regulations

11. Make specific training plans for subordinates to implement.

12. Give comments, evaluate, reward, and discipline subordinates

1. Educational background:

• College's degree or higher

• Major in Engineering

2. Experience

• More than 3 years’ experience for Production

• Preference of EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) Production Supervisor

3. Requirements

• Experienced in operating electronics manufacturing plants.

• Understand the production process and handle problems that occur.

• Skilled in training line leader and workers

• Field management to make appropriate requirements.

• Skilled in people management and handling unexpected struggles at work.

• Handling unusual problems in the production process related to 4M & 5W1H.

• Experienced in setting up and repairing equipment related to SMT and Back end (underfill, mold, Laser cutting)

• Understand the production and repair and maintenance of machines in the production area.

• Work with relevant departments to resolve the issue.

• Manage all and KPIs and activities in the production shift and follow the orders of boss.

4. Skills:

• Understanding on Production line management

• Knowledge for electronics equipment

• English communication at work is required.

• MS Office available person preferential (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Working by shift.
