• Read and decode block diagrams, fieldbus network diagrams and functional diagrams of electrical panels to select the information necessary for the basic design of electrical interconnection wiring systems.

• Selection and sizing of electrical cables and cableways

• Define and draw up (in 2D/3D CAD) layout of electrical cabins in steel plants (according to the data received, contractual requirements and customer requests)

• Define and draw up (in 2D/3D CAD) layout of control rooms in steel plants (according to the data received, contractual requirements and customer requests)

• Calculate, define, and draw up (in 2D/3D CAD) layout of cable ways in steel plants (according to the data received, contractual requirements and customer requests)

• Define and draft technical specifications for the purchase of electrical equipment of diverse types (CCTV Systems, Intercom Systems and more)

Qualifications and experience

• Degree in electrical or mechatronics technical disciplines

• Previous experience in industrial or civil electrical installation design technical offices

• Well-known IEC and NFC standards

Language skills:

• Fluent in English

Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of the Office package (Word/Excel)

• Good knowledge of 2D CAD and an 3D CAD (preferable AVEVA E3D)
