QS Engineers receive information from commerce engineers, study all aspects of the technical and financial side of construction projects to calculate cost study for project. They work with factory on product related issues such as calculation note, drawings, delivery schedule… They support the departments concerned all work related to price or product characteristic. They are responsible for providing cost and material estimates, draw up projected budgets, noting any design changes and their effect on cost.

- Ensure to respond fastest and best to the requirements of clients.
- Support commercial team about technical product, offer, contract, seminars, workshops.

- Prepare and control cost-related reports .
- Establishment of construction cost system.
- Analyse all aspects of the technical and financial side, as well as contracts to ensure the best quotation and margin.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Engineer or Bachelor 's Degree on economics, building, transportation or related.
- Knowledge in design, construction estimating or finance.
- Knowledge in construction project management.
- Good understanding about bridge equipment.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office.
- Good at English communication.
