JOB DESCRIPTION (MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC)

Position: QS Engineer (CV in English)

• Responsible for quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings and cross-check the tender quantities;

Chịu trách nhiệm đo bóc tiên lượng đấu thầu từ bản vẽ phác, thiết kế sơ bộ, bản vẽ dự thầu và kiểm tra khối lượng dự thầu;

• Work closely with design team, calculate Bill of Quantity, Cost Estimation of projects;

Làm việc thường xuyên với bộ phận Thiết kế, tính Khối lượng, Dự toán Chi phí của các dự án;

• Prepare and submit tender documents;

Chuẩn bị và đệ trình hồ sơ thầu;

• Collect and formulate cost Database … and others related to professional job;

Thu thập và hệ thống hóa dữ liệu về giá… và những việc liên quan đến chuyên môn;

• Contact Suppliers, Subcontractors to collect the cost proposal and make cost comparison sheet;

Liên hệ với Nhà cung cấp, Nhà thầu phụ để yêu cầu báo giá và lập bảng so sánh giá;

• Study and make Value Engineering and Cost Down Report;

Nghiên cứu và lập báo cáo VE-CD;

• Ensure all information and documentations of the contractual and commercial work are achieved and stored systematically and properly that are accessible easily by all people;

Đảm bảo mọi thông tin và giấy tờ của hợp đồng và thương mại được hoàn tất và lưu trữ theo hệ thống và đúng cách để mọi người có thể truy cập dễ dàng;

• Working at Office or Construction site as assigned.

Làm việc tại văn phòng hoặc công trình theo sự phân công.

JOB REQUIREMENT (YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC)

- Graduated from construction economics major or relevant major;

Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành KTXD hoặc những ngành liên quan;

-At least 2 years of working experience in a similiar position

Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương

- Age limit requirements: 24 ~ 27 (1996 -> 2001)

Yêu cầu tuổi tác: 24~ 29 tuổi (1996 -> 2001)

- Salary: 10-16 million vnđ (depend on your performance). This salary is not included OT wage

Lương: từ 10 - 16 Triệu (tùy thuộc vào năng lực). Mức lương này chưa bao gồm tiền làm thêm giờ

- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook…), AutoCAD;

Thành thạo MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook…), AutoCAD;

- Intermediate English Skills

Kỹ năng anh văn trung cấp.

- Other Skills: Analytical/ problem solving/ decision making/ presentation/document control skills.

Kỹ năng phân tích; Kỹ năng xử lý tình huống và ra quyết định; Kỹ năng trình bày và quản lý hồ sơ.

- Candidate priority: Good health, can playing sports and art is an advantage.
