1. Support HOD/Manager in Treaty and Fac-out Reinsurance Facility:
- Prepare data, analyze data to send to reinsurers, negotiate with reinsurers on terms and conditions to renew treaty, complete relating documents to send to reinsurers
- Set up treaty scheme on PA system, send relating documents to Marketing, Underwriting & Reinsurance, Accounting, Claims department.
- Issue bordereaux and send to reinsurers, co-operate with Accounting department on premium payment issues.
- Prepare data to work with reinsurers on Fac-out facility, negotiate with reinsurers and do other related work.
2. Process Reinsurance Inwards
- Process inwards from insurance companies.
- Coordinate with related departments to input RI premium following company’s request.
- Work with reinsured on Reinsurance documents.
- Coordinate with Accounting Dept. in RI payment issues.
- Coordinate with Claim Dept. in RI claim settlement issues.
- Make Inward Reinsurance reports as requested.
- Other duties as required by the job or as assigned by supervisor.
3. Review Reinsurance procedure and manual guides:
- Co-operate with team members to review procedures and manual guides.
- Co-operate with related Departments to get their agreement and complete procedure to release procedure and other manual guides.
*QUALIFICATIONS
• University graduated or above.
• Fluent English. Proficient in MS Office.
• Proven experience in non-life insurance underwriting or reinsurance, with a minimum of 3 years in a related role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Working location: Hanoi Head Office, 23 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi
- Working time:
+ Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 or 8:30 – 17:30
+ Work from home 1 day/ week
- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignment
