1. Floor Operations
- Conduct regular floor checks to supervise hygiene, technical issues, and operational activities.
- Ensure product quality, pricing, tagging, and visual merchandising of assigned brands comply with Lotte Mall regulations.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to train and supervise brand staff on adhering to mall policies.
- Work with the Customer Service team and other relevant departments to promptly and effectively resolve customer complaints and other arising issues.
2. Promotion & Marketing Events
- Coordinate with tenants in a timely manner to support marketing programs, promotional events, staff coordination, and merchandise management to ensure brand professionalism and boost revenue.
- Participate in planning and organizing marketing events in collaboration with the Sales Planning & Marketing team to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Encourage and assist brands in proposing seasonal promotions and participating in major Lotte events (e.g., Gala Night, Lotte Private Sale, Anniversary), as well as promotional activities through Lotte channels (Facebook, Website, LCD screens, etc.).
3. Leasing Support
- Support the Manager and General Manager in leasing activities when premises become available.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential tenants.
- Manage the extension or termination of Tenancy Agreements upon expiration, including notifying tenants of termination procedures and processing deposit returns.
4. Sales Reporting & Payment Monitoring
- Accurately input confirmed sales, deductions, and manual adjustments; resolve sales discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor sales performance and collaborate with low-performing brands to prepare sales improvement plans.
- Prepare, compare, and analyze monthly sales and profit reports.
5. Fitting-Out Support
- Advise tenants on Lotte Mall’s construction and fitting-out regulations.
- Assist tenants throughout the fitting-out period and during their grand opening to ensure a smooth launch.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the retail, shopping mall, commercial, or trade sectors.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Hard-working, with strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and demonstrate a high level of self-motivation.
- Willing and available to work on a shift basis, 5 days per week (Shift 1: 08:30 – 17:30; Shift 2: 14:30 – 22:30)
